McIntosh Trail Management Services (MTMS) strives for perfection in assuring our Community Care Services Program (CCSP) policies and procedures are always followed. The client files are skillfully managed by the nurses and care coordinators and monitored regularly by our own internal review, as well as on-site monitoring visits by the local Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and the Department of Community Health Community Care Services Program.
MTMS is extremely proud to share the Three Rivers AAA findings for their 2016-2017 fiscal year monitoring session for our Franklin office. For FY`2016`2017, it was announced by the AAA that no errors were found during their in-depth review.
MTMS is very much appreciative of these findings and of the hard work demonstrated by the Franklin office staff. The nurses and care coordinators are dedicated in assuring the CCSP recipients receive quality care, that their needs are met and that they are able to remain in the comfort of their homes for the longest time possible.
