*Meal preparation and nutrition;
*Light housekeeping, home safety, shopping, correspondence, bill paying and other supportive services;
*Respite during absence of caregiver. Emergency Response System offers
*An in-home electronic support system that provides two-way communication between isolated persons and a medical control center - available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Home Delivered Meals offer Hot or frozen meals for homebound persons unable to prepare nutritious food for themselves:
*Up to 2 meals per day, 7 days a week;
*1/3 Recommended Daily Allowance;
*Delivery provided.
Alternative Living Services offer:
*An alternative residence for persons unable to remain independent in their own homes. Services provided are:

Out-of-Home Respite Care offers:
*Overnight respite care in an approved facility with 24-hour supervision.

*Health care and related services in an adult day center for persons who need daytime care and supervision and providing:

*Nursing an Medical Social Services;
*Planned therapeutic activities;
*Physical, speech and occupational therapy;
*One balanced meal a day for fulltime participants, including therapeutic, special or modified diets when prescribed by a physician.
